Shipping & Returns

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Express — $15.00
  • Standard (orders $0–$50) — $7.50
  • Standard (orders $50.01–$100) — $6.00
  • Standard (orders $100.01–$150) — $5.50
  • Standard (orders $150+) — Free

We do not currently ship internationally.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free of odors, pet hair, and visible wear

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange. Email us at browerhatco@gmail.com before sending anything back and we'll get it sorted out fast. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Final sale and clearance items (marked at time of purchase)
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at browerhatco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can't be responsible for packages lost in return transit.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email browerhatco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable carrier.
  4. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
