We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery, we'll issue a full refund or replacement at no cost — no return required.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Final sale and clearance items (marked at time of purchase)
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
